"Both last year and this year..Everytime I try to make an appt I get a call from someone saying they are closed although online says they are open 7 days a week..which would make sense since it is tax season right now..I ended up going somewhere..I work Monday through Friday..You all should have the availability to accommodate your customers like the other tax places do on weekends. And fix your online hours to what you really are open For. Such a inconvenience . They called me today and left a message that I had to reschedule the appt that I already rescheduled because they are closed but when I called back no answer Smh"
"I've been going here a cpl years. I'm always pleased to work with Chris. She gets 5 stars! My rating today is solely based on communication with this office (other than Chris). The people answering the phones are curt & rude & impatient. Never get answers to all your questions bcuz they are "too busy, don't have time to address any issues/questions by phone" no matter how many times you call."
