I went in about a month ago & the lady I had wanted to argue with me for an HOUR about me trying to file for step children on our taxes. Do not go here. The guy who intruded on our "conversation" seemed to know his two cents tho. Do not go here."

"H & R Block - Worst worst worst!! They had our paperwork for over a month. Lost our paperwork. Twice. Canceled 2 appointments without telling us. Had to go in 3 times to get resolution & was offered a laughable $25 discount. And the best part was, the manager had to pull out a calculator to calculate the discount!! Presumably this is a tax professional. What a flipping joke. Run run run away!"
