"Called Wepking to unfreeze pump. Explained how this was a design that was not supposed to freeze and has not for the last several years I have had it, and all they did was melt the ice and left. They took no extra steps to replace old parts to prevent this from happening again. So, it froze again in a couple of hours. When I called them, they told me they would not stand behind their work.
