"Zero out of 5 stars, would not recommend. I had a highly disappointing experience with Derousseau Heating & Cooling, and I feel compelled to share my encounter. When I reached out to them regarding my air conditioning unit, their lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior was evident from the start. Firstly, their technician provided an inaccurate assessment, claiming that my unit required significant repairs and even a full replacement. Fortunately, I sought a second opinion, and it turned out that the issue was a minor misalignment and adjustment, promptly resolved by my own maintenance personnel. Moreover, my interactions with the company's owner, Terry, were incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I had not yet received an invoice for their services, yet I received an email from Terry stating that I "balked" at paying the $75 deductible. This assumption was baseless and misleading, as I was simply awaiting an invoice before making any payment. Such behavior is unacceptable in any professional setting. As a customer, I expected courteous and respectful communication throughout the process, but instead, I was met with rudeness and a lack of understanding. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Derousseau Heating & Cooling. Their inaccurate assessments, combined with their unprofessional conduct, have caused significant inconvenience, wasted time, and unnecessary expenses. I urge others to consider alternative service providers who value their customers and prioritize professionalism and integrity."

"Come home to find furnace underwater. Called 5 companies and they called back fast. Needed new furnace. They went out of there way to get a new furnace and have it installed in time for this weekend high temperature of -2. Technicians were quick, prompt , professional and just nice guys. "Hello. I am updating my review I had written previously. Our a.c was repaired 9/4/2020. It took a lot of phone time to which there was no reply of acknowledgement. Only when we contacted our home warranty insurance would we get a call back. No one had checked the outside unit. There was a bad coil and valve, for which we also had to wait for. Once the tech got here the unit was completed quickly. We went through all 3 90+ degree periods without a.c., and now I doubt that we will use this year. It will be ready for next year, though! So, while I'm unhappy about the customer service, it is done and it works."

"When I had a problem a year after they put in my central air unit, they came back at least 7 times. Could not figure out the problem and when they did, it was not any of their fault. They did not charge me. Highly recommend!!!"
