"During Christmas week, I was visiting from out of town and my CRV started to make a hissing sound along with the check engine. Pete helped find the cause and fixed the issue all before X-mas eve. He wrote up details on the repair and the parts he used. Also, he noticed how my tires were worn out and wrote up details on my current tire size and brand recommendation of new tires. When I returned home, I was able to provide the tire details to our local shop. I don't usually have high expectations when it comes to auto repair shops or cars in general so this pleasant experience was unexpected.
