I had called for multiple weeks with no answer, to finally get someone on the line and a response of "I'll have my manager call you." I have received no call. I let a couple more weeks go by and finally got a hold of the office again to the same response of "I'll have my manager call you" with yet no call after another week. I'll likely end up paying another company to amend my taxes so they can be fixed after giving H and R block almost $600 to file mistakes. The mistake made was using them to begin with."
