"Email this business and Joe responded back immediately. Said he would be happy to fix our leaky faucets and tub. He left me their phone number also to call and set up a appointment. So I called and spoke to Joe and set up the appointment for this last Monday late morning. No show Joe! Left us sit for hours and when I called and texted no answer or responses. I showed have known better to go with them after reading others reviews. Hes done this to others. Poor business relations."

"Can’t review the work because they never showed up. Set up for an appointment for Joe to come look at our leaking water heater, said he would stop out to come look at it for a quote around 9 am the next day. No call, no showed us and has yet to respond to my voicemail. Really looks bad on a business to be this unprofessional. Just going to go with a different plumber."

"Called and asked him for a quote to run natural gas line from house to garage. Said he'd get there in a day or two. Waited a week. Called and left voicemail with no response. I text him after another week, I was told he'd try to get their before Thanksgiving. Text him Monday after asking if he thought he'd get to it and if he was too busy I get it just let me know. Never responded. Wasted four weeks because my buddy said he does great work. Great work may be good but communication would be nice."
