"I was with Mennenga for approximately 10 years and had a great experience with my first accountant there. Unfortunately, she left and I was placed with a new accountant. I found her to be arrogant, rude, condescending and difficult to communicate with. I would frequently wait weeks for a response and was made to feel a nuisance if I had questions. She made an error on my taxes twice which they did correct both times ( I understand these things happen) but at no time did I receive an apology, or was I made to feel like a valued client.
