"Fantastic service"

"I have used US Bank for many years, and often bragged about how great they were. Amazing customer service, great response time and just good people. Now here today, I am hard pressed to stay with them. Tracie Veeser who I worked with in the past only cares about new business, and treats exciting customers with little to no respect. Never in my life was I told that a banker is handling things first come first serve and that is the way it is. I am never wanted special treatment, however a simple question answered, or an email back saying I can call you tomorrow would have been appropriate, not this long winded you can go else where and get the same level of service email. Which was a lie! I did write her back saying you could have answered my question in the time she spent sending that extremely inappropriate email. I am yet to hear back from her four days later, again saying to me, go elsewhere. LaDon at the Lombardi location saved my account, she went above and beyond. I guess every company has great people and not so great people."

"Be aware!!! avoid this US bank at all cost. The ways of doing business is arkaik and a loan can take over 3 months to approve even with a perfect credit. I went there because my friend works there and she convince me to give them a shot; worst mistake ever. She is a sweetheart but the corporate office are inefficient and lacy as f%^&%%^%##. I am stuck with them for the next five year because otherwise the charge you a penalty if you payoff your loan to go somewhere else. I writing this because I went to get a home equity loan after refinancing my house with them to give my business to my friend a short while later that are making wait forever for a loan that could of been approve a lot quicker through quicken loans. Dont make my same mistake."
