"Had two recent experiences with this company. They installed two separate doors at different times. One was a commercial door the other was a small residential door. The smaller door needed additional work to be done to make sure the door would seal better as well as attach to the build better. They were able to perform the required work the SAME day and complete the install. Amanda in the office called me immediately to let me know once the issue was discovered and offered solutions. She was so friendly and helpful thought the entire process, she answered multiple phone calls and questions. Jeff came out personally to meet me on the commercial door and double check measurements to ensure the proper door was ordered. Price was very good and customer service was above and beyond. Will DEFINITELY be doing business with Lakeland Overhead Door again!!! Thank you team for such a wonderful experience."

"Lakeland website uses terms like dedicated to the best customer service, customer satisfaction, and commitment to the customer. Last week, I had a new WiFi garage door opener installed. When I got home, I asked my wife how Wall controller worked. She said the installer did not show her how it worked. I called Jeff and thanked him for installing the opener but I was disappointed that my wife was not shown how all the buttons on the wall controller worked. Jeff asked me if my wife asked the installer to show him how it worked. I said I do not know but why does that matter. Jeff said if the customer does not ask, we do not tell them how things work because THEY HAVE A LOT MORE JOBS TO DO EACH DAY!! Really....he really did say that! So, if you are taking the time to read this review to determine if you want to do business with Lakeland door, read they value words used on their website and read the words they live by. I for one see a disconnect. I am very disappointed. Buyer beware."
