"On a hot summer day my wife, kids, and I came home to our garage door not opening. We use it as our main point of entry, so was a bit frustrating. Anyway, worked our way inside, and found that the overhead spring had broken. There was a sticker from the previous owner above the garage door button, so we gave it a call the next morning. They immediately answered, and were out to our place within an hour. At the time, my wife's phone was broken, but they were super helpful with working around how to navigate the communication challenge. Long story short, they showed up super quick, fixed the spring, and the garage door works perfectly as it did brand new. I was also pleasantly surprise with the charge for materials and labor! 100% recommend!"
