Craig spent time talking to me and walking me through my options - never in a rush to get to the next one like some companies. He thoroughly explained everything to make sure I understood. "The outlet for my dryer needed to be replaced due to its age and condition. The connectors for the outlet wore out over time, creating a gap between the outlet connection and cord prong connection. This situation was a fire hazard waiting to happen. Contacted Hero through their online scheduling tool, received a call back within minutes, and they had their technician, Craig, to my house shortly after. Craig carefully and professionally inspected the outlet, explained the situation, and my options for repair. He took care of the repairs and was done within a couple hours from start to finish. Now I have a safe and fully functioning outlet for many years to come. Thank you Craig, and Hero for a job well done! Will be using your services again when needed."

He was very thorough and explained just what happened and my options. I appreciate the quick service, and my cats LOVED Andrew!
