I brought our gaming laptop in because the screen was broken, he was able to figure out why and replace the screen within the same day! He also had a little kids toy/sticker box available for my kids to occupy themselves while we were talking about the computer. 10/10 we will use them in the future and recommend to others!"
"I took my computer in a couple of weeks ago to get my battery replaced. While looking at my battery they were able to identify that I needed a new charging port as well. This was my work computer so I couldn't be separated from it long. MAD was able to order the parts and they arrived two days later and all repairs were done in just a couple of hours. They even cleaned my computer, updated my drivers and put on new thermal tape. My computer works like new now!! Excellent service at an extremely reasonable rate. I highly recommend!"
