"Overall Mayday did a great job with our exterior work (roofing, window trim, and gutters). They had great service and the quality of the build is top notch. The only constructive feedback I'd have is that the communication was a bit lackluster. I reached out multiple times over the course of a couple weeks and didn't get any responses. I realize that they were very busy, but even a quick text back would have been appreciated. Nonetheless, I think they provide an excellent service and I would use them again. (and I bet their communication would be better as our work was done during the frenzy of the hailstorm stuff)"

"Larry with Mayday did an absolutely excellent job of taking care of our roof replacement, start to finish. Great communication and he made sure the job was completed quickly as well. The crew worked wonders, replaced our duplex roof and a four car garage in one day! Already have another roof that we will be replacing with Mayday next."

"Our sales associate was initially kind to work with and responded promptly. However once the project got close to started the communication was horrible. We were told we would be contacted when material was to be delivered and the project started the following day. We received no notice and came home to our driveway blocked. The sales associate was not on scene and nobody to oversee the project. I received one phone call explaining some additional work. We had parts of our cedar siding damaged with horrible craftsman ship. Parts were installed that weren’t painted and crooked. When asking the site manager we were simply told that they don’t paint. When I called and text my sales associate I didn’t get any response for weeks. It was finally fixed as it should have been. The communication is horrible. Do not trust this company to do good work."

"Mayday was great. They had re-roofed our house this Summer and we were very impressed. They had great attention to detail. The communication process has been easy through phone calls, texts, or e-mail. The new metal roof they installed looks amazing. We would definitely use them again if needed."
