"We had a new jet tub that hadn’t even been used yet that had a crack in the plumbing area of the jet. We didn’t noticed the crack in the jet area until after it was fully framed and plumbed in. Instead of trying to return to where we purchased we called the manufacturer of the tub and they hooked us up with this local repair company. Matt was very kind, professional and knowledgeable of the product and worked in a timely manner. Not only would I recommend him, I will consider using him for future needs! Thank you again Matt"

"Matt came into my house and quoted me for a cracked sink basin, told me he would get back to me within 3 weeks to fix it. Matt never got back to me. I contacted him a month after he quoted me and he said he would circle back with my builder and get back to me. I then got back to him again over a month later and he said he wasn’t doing it because he circled back with the builder and they wanted to do something else. Super unprofessional."

"Well it’s been one year since we first contacted Matt at Solution Tubs through our home warranty and have made zero progress at getting our whirlpool tub fixed. Months go by without hearing anything from him. I would prefer to just be told it can’t be fixed rather than hanging onto the Hope that one day it will be fixed. Also, Matt told us our leaking standing tub could not be fixed and a month later we got another plumber to quickly replace a leaking seal and it’s been working great for the last year! So in summary, poor quality and poor customer service. Would not recommend."
