"We regularly use Vetco vaccine clinics for our 2 little dogs. This time we drove 35 miles to bring our 1 year old for annual vaccines, but also to have her ears checked. They charged way more for the annual vaccines than the vaccine clinics do, and the exam fee was $69. By the time we left with ear medicine, our visit cost was $405. That's more than we payed to have her spayed including her her pain meds and cone of shame. Additionally, we need to bring her back in 2 weeks so they can charge us another $69 exam fee just to check her ears again. The Vet and the other employees are very kind, but the cost of care is a joke!"

"Belle just loves coming to Petco. She's very social and she's excited whenever we get into the car. Even the staff has notices how upbeat and friendly Belle is when she's in the store. The Vet staff are friendly, gentle and kind to us."

"i went on friday with concerns of my cat acting strange and not eating, they said he was healthy and told me a book to read. he died on sunday, i called today to tell them that happened and the doctor tried to blame me for not communicating that he wasn’t eating, and when i said “whatever, there’s nothing more than we can do”, she responded “exactly”. absolutely no sympathy."
