"Dr. Fellenz, Dr. Greuel, and the vet techs/stafd have been nothing short of remarkable with our dog, Roo, since we switched to their care. She had a growth on her toe that required a toe amputation, and they have been so incredibly accommodating, kind, and responsive to every bump and hiccup along the way. She hasn’t been healing as expected, and tonight we came home to her limping severely; Dr Fellenz and his staff stayed late to make sure she got checked out, do a thorough physical exam, take xrays, and re-wrap her paw. It is not lost on us how above and beyond they have gone in terms of their compassion and care with every issue or concern we’ve had with our Roo. We are so grateful to their service and treating our dog as their own."

"We took our dog Rocky here for the full extent of his life, we had to put him down a month ago due to very aggressive nose cancer. We started bringing him here when he was just 6 weeks old until a month ago when he was just about to turn 11. The Vets and staff were always wonderful, helpful and considerate. Every time we brought him in they spent time with us making sure we didn't have unanswered questions and I felt they genuinely cared about his well being. They were very caring and helpful when the horrible decision had to be made about him. The whole process is gut wrenching but they definitely helped us through it.
