"They do not respond to phone calls. We have Gone to their place of business each time we contacted them. They promised to do shrink wrap and even looked at it. Said they were going to do it where it was located. Twice said “ we r going to do it this weekend”. We were going to contact another shrink wrap person but then they came out and did measurements. We THOT they were going to get it done. We now find out they never did it and it is now into the beginning of winter. They r not follow thru people. If they couldn’t do it they should just have said so. He also was “ going “ to change oil in the lower unit on a pontoon but never called us back for that either. We left a message again recently but couldn’t get a response."
