"I want to thank Penny at the Germantown , WI ChecknGo , I walked in on Saturday Feb. 17th with a request and I was not prepared completely with the right information I was there right before closing hours of 2pm and I must say Penny was great to work with ultimately we had many hoops to jump through and all were do to my lack of information and Penny got through all of them and stayed an additional 2 hours to make this process go through..... you should be thankful to have an employee that cares about people that much and not just the business side, I will refer others to Penny in the future !!!"
