"How can you guys be cruel to a cat who's 20 years old . Who has a heart condition and doesn't do well in a car it stresses him out. But you won't give him His heart medication because you want us to bring him in when the stress will probably kill him. I'm very unhappy about this if something happens to spookie because you refused to refill his meds the ones he's been on since we had him.i will make sure everyone knows what kind of treatment we were going thru here. Take your animals where they care for them not this place the only care about money .. a pet who's a family member should get proper medical treatment not refused. It's on you guys if he has a heart attack lawsuit will happen if he dies I promise that."
