"I take my two cats and new rescue dog, Bruce, to Dr.White. He and his technician, Whitney, are excellent. Whenever I need help they get me in are very efficient , fair and explain everything. I can't think of a better place to take the pets that I love."
"I had a suddenly very sick, very senior cat. They found a way to get me in within 24 hours. Turns out my 18 year old "baby" was already in organ failure and would require an extreme amount of pain and investment to keep him alive for even a short time. These people were kind, compassionate, provided the complete truth about the situation and left me with my George to think about it. I cannot bear to have an animal suffer because I can't let go. When they returned the decision was to help him on his way over the Rainbow Bridge. I was able to hold him and love him and support his journey. It took about 2 minutes. He was ready to go and be well over the Bridge. They made a clay paw print for me. So kind. /when I'm ready to adopt another animal, I know who my vet will be. Thank you Dr. White and staff."
"Had 2 barn cats with URI's. The receptionist was very accommodating and got us in right away. My son took the cats in and the DVM was very pleasant and explained everything to him. Was very happy with the care we got."
"My husband called into the office because our 13 year old cat swallowed a sewing needle over the weekend. It was on a Sunday and all the emergency clinics we had spoken to wanted us to come in through emergency (drive all the way out to Madison or Glendale), get x rays, do a scoping...etc, etc... all on a 13 year old cat! All I could think about was how expensive this was going to be. He hasn't been to the vet in like 10 years as he's a healthy indoor cat. My husband was able to speak with Dr White (I believe is his name?) right away on the phone and since the cat seemed in good spirits and was eating and drinking like normal he said let's wait and see if he can pass the needle. Sure enough, later that evening he did. Zero issues, the cat was no worse for wear. I would have been pretty irritated if some emergency vet wanted to do a scoping and surgery to cut my cats stomach or rectum open for no real reason. We thank you kindly for the advice and the speedy service even though we haven't seen you in 10 years! The Belus family."
"We brought our dog in for a bad bite from another dog and the Dr. Made time for us between appointments and i couldnt ask for better care or nicer people to bring my animals to. Both him and his assistant were so nice and helpful...and the cost was more than fair. I highly recommend Rock River Veterinary clinic and Dr White to anyone looking to take their animals to a vet that knows what they are doing and genuinely care about helping them.
