"Joe and his guys have always been great. In November of 2019 he replaced our furnace and installed a Weil Mclain CGa Gold that's been running flawlessly. A month ago we had Russell over for a clean and inspection and he was very kind and provided helpful information that a homeowner should know about their hydronic heating system. More recently Joe did a job for us and was responsive and kind and professional as always. Will be our go-to guy! Highly recommended."
"I called and left messages with 4 local HVAC companies to inspect and quote replacing an old hot water boiler for a house I'm renovating. Two never answered or called back. One scheduled an inspection for 2 weeks later and then canceled the day-of, saying they couldn't be there for an other week. Joe returned my call the morning after I called, was onsite to inspect within the hour, had an honest diagnostic delivered immediately, and a quote to me by the end of the day. I'll definitely call Walstrom right away next time."
"We had been doing business with this company for years. The current home needed a new furnace so we gave them our business. They installed the intake valve backwards. Kept calling for it to be repaired and they refuse to call us back. Very disappointing since it used to be a great company."
"Everything started out great, buddy of mine works there. Furnace went out and they were able to get a new one put in within a few days. The problems started a few days later when the outside air intake pvc pipe shattered and fell on the floor. I freaked out and called my buddy, he told me not to worry and would order the part for me. That was months ago now. My "buddy" has stopped returning my calls and the owner has dodged all of our calls. To be honest I'd forgotten about the intake because it was still working fine, if a little louder. The real problem started when I tried to change my filter. They moved the gas line in such a way that you can no longer remove the furnace filter! I've sent photos to the company and they don't respond. Save yourself a lot of hassle and go with another company. I will update this when we get it fixed by professionals."
