"My problem isn't with the Ellsworth branch directly but associated bank as a company. We've been dealing with this bank for nearly two months trying to get new construction started to replace our home that burned down. Long story short if your looking for a new construction loan look elsewhere. There are some fantastic employees at this bank but unfortunately they're handcuffed by unnecessary internal processes and regulations that keep them from doing their job effectively."
