"Dr. Frank and her team provided expert service and prompt assistance when my cat was experiencing bowel and urinary issues. They were able to fit me in with an urgent case and I can't provide enough gratitude for the service. They provided me and my cat."
"We were clients there for years but they would have let my dog die in their lobby. They do not care about your pet! I arrived in their lobby at 4:30 with my dog who was in the middle of an anaphylactic reaction. They said because they were closing in a half hour they couldn"t help me. Told me to take her to the emergency vet on Golf Rd. I told them I had already called them and they had a 4 hour wait. Michelle said sorry can't help you. Jenna the manager refuses to return my calls after a month of me leaving messages. Horrible people there who do not care about animals. Don't know why they call themselves an animal hospital if they refuse to help your pet while they are still open and your pet is having an emergency??? Thank God I got her to Allied and they recognized what was happening and saved her life. Tranferred her records to our new vet the next day."
"Do not take your pet here, we did and they did not do the proper tests before surgery and we lost him that day in surgery. :( He likely we have died eventually but it would have been nice to have more time with him. Hard on the whole family especially my wife and kids. My wife was just trying to get his teeth cleaned and a couple lumps removed so he would have a good life. He was 11 but many dogs of his breed live to be 15 or older. He was still a pup to me. :( Nice staff and everything but miss our pup. And then to top it off to have to pay for the services to the tune of $1500+ for losing him just did not seem right at all."
"Honestly the only place I will ever bring my pets. They treat them as if they are their own and always do what's best for my babies."
"I went to the Eau Claire Animal Hospital before it made its move to the new location, where it is today. From approximately 2001 to 2005 I took my first cat Jaggy there for regular appointments and when he needed to be put down humanely. I waited until Sept 2014 to adopt another cat, Frankie. I lived in Dodgeville at the time, but the following year when I returned, I went back to the Eau Claire Animal Hospital. I've had his yearly shots, nails trimmed twice, blood taken, teeth pulled (one was badly fractured in the front), boarding for a week, and through it all I have been 100% satisfied with their service. During the boarding time I called to check on him while out of state and they went into the room and actually looked in on him :) They spend quality time with your pet and explain what they are doing clearly. I always feel confident when I go to them with Frankie as I know he will receive the best treatment and care, as will I. Biggest thank you to them for taking care of Frankie and I!! Update: I have been living in AZ for 4yrs now. I adopted a two month old kitten from the landlord, yay!! The newborns were caught in the swimming pool pipe area and were soaking wet. She (landlord) had been bottle feeding the two that had survived but has two dogs already. I named her Ofelia, very white to start out with and she kept those awesome blue eyes :) My camera died so I only have older pics. Frankie is doing great, he needed motivation to move around haha, he was getting lazy. He stayed on table tops at first but once she could jump that high it was a whole new ballgame ;) Thank you again for taking care of my Frankie, I only wish I could locate an Animal Hospital here in AZ like yours "
