"I am soooooo glad Liz and Greg rebuilt after the tragic fire that touched many of us!!! These two are truly amazing and care so much for your pets as their own! We brought our lab (Timber) there for three months to be trained with obedience and hunting! he is now four and we still take on the same techniques and training that Greg used with him! They are absolutely awesome! We have now moved to Idaho but I would 100% bring Timber there if we ever needed some boarding for a trip! They are the best! When we come home to visit, we will definitely be stopping in to say hello! I am so glad you guys did not give up after something so tragic because there are so many dog training facilities and boarders that DO NOT do it right, but YOU do !!! Thank you for all the work you do! WE appreciate it!!!"

"I’ve used Waterview Kennels while we went on a family vacation. On arrival we told the owner about our older dogs eating habits while we are away. Typically she won’t eat without mom and dad. She’s getting old and likes to be in her own home. I remember the owner calling while on vacation just to tell me she cooked Tinkerbell (our older dog) up some special food to get her to eat! Seriously!!! Who goes out of the their way like this unless their heart isn’t in the business! The kennel is located at their home residence and I’ve never heard a negative experience from anyone else that has used them. I’ve very saddened by the tragedy that took place today. My heart breaks for the pups that were lost and what their owners are going through. Shame on you who are using this opportunity to thrash Waterville Kennels. Maybe more information will come out and we’ll all have a better understanding on what happened. But for now let the owners be, give support and understanding to those that are mourning their animals. Also, extend that mourning to the owners who have this to deal with this both on the home front and from a fellow dog lover. This is their business and I don’t think they deserve one star reviews on something that wasn’t intentional or in their control. It was an accident! Accidents happen. Again, Rest In Peace all you beautiful pups that were lost. You will be missed!"
