"We called Warren to come take a look at our squeaky hardwood floors for our old Milwaukee home. He was able to come provide us a quote and gave his availability. He was responsive and called an hour before scheduled time to confirm the appointment. It took him about 2 hours to brace the flooring from the basement in every spot it made a squeak. He charged a VERY reasonable price. We recommend ASAP Carpenter for your next home project."
"Took my down payment and ran after I started questioning whether building code was being followed. CCAP the owner, Warren Keith May. Do not use this company. After the first day I asked if plans were being followed, they were not. I asked about using headers above doors and windows as they were not being used. I asked about treated lumber against concrete, they were not being used. I offered to help after my day job but the crew left early. I hired an additional carpenter to help for a day to help get started. You used nothing at my job. You used my screws, you used my nails, I even paid for your lunch. I should have my down payment returned."
"Avoid this business. I had paid him extra money according to himself. I called him 3 times on different days. Each time he told me he would call me back when he got to his office. He never did so. Then after I kept texting him, he took back his own word about owing me money. He played as if he were even surprised why I kept contacting him. Very similar to what the other review suggested. Avoid."
"This is Scam. I called him and asked for a free estimate and he said yes. He came and ask for $100 for the supplies. He told me he will buy supplies and send pictures. Two days past he didn't send any pictures. I called and text him several times but no response. Then I threatened him that I will take some action if you don't respond and he responded saying I didn't find time to go and I don't work for free that $100 is for Gas and my time. He didn't do anything and he took my money for nothing."
