"I am writing to warn others regarding Stephen's disregard to schedules, deadlines, and the complete lack of professionalism at Brew City. We made the mistake of entrusting him to complete our tax returns for 2021. All documents were delivered to Stephen in early March (2021). As the tax deadline approached, calls to Stephen's secretary, were answered with "we are working on them", which was a lie (more than once). NOTHING was done to process our straightforward tax returns and NO effort was made to contact us that they could/would not complete our taxes. Completely unprofessional and irresponsible. An extension filed for $0 due, is proof that no effort was made to review our taxes and confirms the incompetence with how this return was handled by Brew City. So, this is fair warning to anyone considering Brew City to complete their tax return. Be prepared to retrieve your documents mid-summer, take them to a qualified tax preparer, and pay penalties and fee's when Stephen "drops the ball"."
