"I finally got someone to come give an estimate after 3 attempts, they said they would be out the following week to do the work but never arrived, tried email, phone and got assured on their chat that they would contact me! Nope! Decided to call a company that actually cares."

He and Peter came out first thing Monday morning and completed it in less than 2 hours! They were hard working and kind. I would highly recommend them and I would hire them again."

"My mother who is 94 years young had them replace her garage service door trim. Jeff came over and quoted her 2 price options. 1 option was for $275 and the other option was to replace the entire door for around $400. She decided to just replace the trim. Two men came and replaced the trim and the door caulking. She paid them without checking their workmanship as it was difficult for her to get down the steps. She assumed they would do a good job. A few days later my sister and I inspected their workmanshop. We both agreed that the caulking they did around the door frame could of been done better by a 5 year old! The left side 4 " up had no caulk at all. I contacted Jeff and explained the horrible caulking they did. He apologized and said he would take care of it. I explained to him that I wanted to be there when the handy man was there to make sure it would be done right. He texted me the number of a cliff who I was suppose to call and set up an appointment when he would be able to meet me at my moms. I explained I would be at my mom's on wed Aug 29th 2018. He said that would be ok. On wed I texted him at 1100 and asked what time he would be coming . His response was in half an hour. Now it is 2 30 and still waiting. Sent another text and got response of in and out 20! Whatever that meant. I responded by saying..I dont understand your text! Now 4 30 and left voice mail. No response! Could not wait any longer. Headed back home. I forwarded our text conversations to Jeff that evening and asked what happened to cliff? He never showed! Is he ok? Never got a response from Jeff. This entire situation has been so stressful for my mother. She has now decided to have her door replaced with a reputable company, and will definitely never use this company. They could care less once they have your money!"

"We called Complete Handyman to have our home prepared for sale. We had a rather long list of "to do" tasks. Electric, plumbing and some drywall patch work. We've had two friends use them for similar work and were very satisfied. The amount of work required them to come back a second day. We are very pleased with their being on time. The quality of work and actually cleaned up after themselves and their pricing was in the middle of the other three estimates we received. Since we sold our home last month. We have had Complete Handyman over to make some improvements in our new home. Thanks guys!"
