"Went to return a FX 6 filter because we were having problems with it .. They told us we can return it if u have any issues which we did .. But when we got there.. This manger was very rude and would not have a good conversation with us told us in a very rude way to contact fuval.. I work retail be nice to your customers if u aren’t they will never come back .. I’ll continue to go there but will not buy a lot of stuff from there again.."

"Spent $600+ on a tank and stand. Picked it up this morning once the order was ready and my boyfriend was told he wasn’t allowed to help bring it to the car, whatever figured it was policy. Turns out the stand is chipped, and there’s a major crack in the bottom of the 125 GALLON tank. What an absolute joke."

"Spreading awareness because I am absolutely appalled at the animal care at Petsmart in Appleton. I stopped in for dog treats tonight and was shocked at the conditions they have their bettas in. Most containers were lined in a thick algae scum…a good chunk were already dead or very sick. I of course talked with the manager about this and she continually reassured me that the water is changed/cleaned 3x a week and that they are properly cared for. She said she couldn’t tell me what their care protocols are but that they follow them…. I think not. These temporary holding cups are infuriating enough for me to see because it creates a perception that bettas need minimal water and care. When in reality, bettas need a heater, minimum of 5-10 gallons, and a filter. These are animals, not products. Do better Petsmart."

"Clean and nice wide aisles. Great selection. Frequent valuable sales. Everyone at this location is always so friendly and helpful when we need it, but will leave us to shop undisturbed until we ask. Love that!"
