Nieburh Plumbing, Heating and Cooling, has, by far, exceeded every expectation we would have in a company for our HVAC needs! Every person we have spoken with has been such a pleasure to talk to. This company made our air conditioner and furnace replacement such a great experience! The office staff taking phone calls were so pleasant and made sure all our questions were answered! Our first appointment was with Tim. Tim came to assess our HVAC needs and thoroughly went through everything we would need done, explaining in detail, while also providing different options and explanations of each option. Tim was great at answering all our questions and took the time to go over everything before the actual appointment for the install. The time he took to explain everything really made us feel like valued customers and that means a lot! There was about a week in between the install and when we had spoke with Tim. During this time, we received phone calls from Mike explaining where they were at with everything and when we could expect our appointment (we were going through our home owners warranty so there is more to the process then just booking the appointment in this case). The communication by Mike spoke volumes of this company with regards to them caring about their customers. Our appointment was set for a Monday with arrival time being 730am (we received a call prior to let us know what to expect with timing etc). That Monday at 730am Jake and Riley arrived at our home. Both men were extremely professional and outlined how the day would go with regards to the install. Again, they answered all our questions and made sure to continue updating us with the process as they worked. When they finished, they made sure to go over our new system and explain everything to us. Jake even made a diagram for the filter system with how to place the filter, when to replace it, and what brand/style to buy when a new filter was needed. When they completed the project, my husband and I both mentioned how professional everything was done and how nice everything looked. Everything was placed perfectly as it should be. We have never been so pleased with the customer service of a company and the job that was completed. We appreciated the feeling of being a valued customer by this company and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone looking! The service we were provided was nothing short of amazing and professional in every way! Kudos to Nieburh Plumbing, Heating and Cooling! "I do wish I had checked the google reviews before using Niebuhr Plumbing. BL review was spot on. The two apprentice(sic)plumbers showed up on time. After a delay of an hour. They did call me to inform me of their problem at the job prior to mine. I told them when they arrived that it was a soft plug ( toilet paper) just 10 foot into the lateral from the clean out and a sink drain auger will probably do the job. Just push it another 15 feet to the new lateral. OH wait....They needed to "check out" the problem anyway. So we go down stairs where I had the area already taped with plastic to prevent spray, the clean out cover was off. The lead "plumber" then was planning to auger my lateral backwards after I explained to him the sewer flows west then south, not east and south, two times. Guess he didn't want to hear from a dumb customer... Well they went and got the auger, a 200 foot 3/4 inch 180 pound behemoth, down the stairs they went. Within 7 minutes.... if that, the soft plug was gone. Amazing work. While putting it away and taking it up stairs they managed to spill the sewage water on the floor. So be it.. Not a word about cleaning it up. Must be my job. Total time at the job site 28 minutes. Took longer to get the auger in and out of my house than the plug took to clear. Now I received the bill, 1.25 hours on the job for a total of 201.00, 25.00 truck charge, 150.00 to use the auger we did not need in the first place.. Well, the check is in the mail, that check will be the last one you see from me and I will warn everyone I know of the overcharging. Funny thing, I spent 41 years as a plumber and Wastewater operator, the only reason I had to call you is that I did not have access to a Ridgid K 400. Well, I just fixed that problem. Purchased one, funny the 375.00 you charged for your 28 minutes of service (same price I paid for my new K400) will bite you soon enough. And here is the first bite.....DR."
"They were very responsive. I got an emegency call from one of my tenants at night, water heater was leaking. They came right away and attend my emergency. Water heater needed to be replaced. They replaced it next morning. They did a great job. I'm very satisfied with their service and communication. Jess did and amazing job in the office helping me with some information as well. The experience was very satisfactory. Great costumer service. Above and beyond!! Will definitely recommend their services. Thank you!"
