"Shout out to Jimi Baker for the first class customer service. 8 months after we purchased our ball python from him, we were having serious problems with feeding and Jimi took the snake back for 6 weeks of rehabilitation; immediately and at no cost. He also thoroughly explained how to set up the habitat and identified some new changes to make along with sending videos of feeding and allowing us to come by to visit the snake during rehab. He truly lives his promise that every snake owner who purchases one of his snakes will be happy and he will guarantee it. He loves every snake and will do what he can to ensure their safety and successful growth. We appreciate the extra help and the hand-holding for us new Snake owners. Definitely recommend!"
