"Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Could not get ahold of this business after calling repeatedly for a MONTH. Stopped by to talk to someone, no one there. No calls returned back. No one ever came. My grandmother insisted we use this business as she has been a loyal customer to them for 40 years. She waited home day after day incase the plumber ever bothered to show up, I am serious. This kept her from going out and doing things!!! She has been a loyal customer for 40 years to this family and proved that by waiting at home incase he came out. Then after ONE MONTH of waiting with no call; the owner showed up and made my grandmother cry because she called someone else that very day after waiting a month. The new plumber came out immediately. Hartert chewed my grandmother out and stormed off telling her she should have called him (again apparently-which she did). Disgusting, juvenile, unprofessional, disrespectful, and inhumane behavior to an elderly lady, and to another human being, let alone a loyal customer for 40 YEARS!!!"

"I called them for a project in December 2018 and the woman who I’m guessing works in the office left me a voicemail stating, “You should find someone else. We’re too busy” in quite a rude tone. I called her back and told her she didn’t even bother to ask when I needed the job done, she said they were booked out a month. I told her that was fine. I didn’t need the project completed for another 2 months. Her demeanor changed and she said she’d call me back in the next couple days after she spoke to the plumber. You think I got a call back ever? Nope! The whole situation here is bad for business."
