"Ben and his guys are top notch. I’ve had them do a number of projects in and around my house and each project has turned out great. They do the job right and cut zero corners. They are also very kind and respectful. I cannot recommend Ben Handyman enough!"
"I've had the pleasure of working with Ben as my handyman for several years now, and I can confidently say that he is exceptional in every way. Ben has taken care of a wide range of tasks around my home, from fall clean-up to snow removal, plumbing, and more, and he consistently delivers outstanding results. One of the things that sets Ben apart is his professionalism. Whether it's a small repair or a more significant project, Ben treats it with the same level of dedication, ensuring that everything is done to perfection. Another remarkable aspect of working with Ben is his reasonable pricing. Despite the top-notch quality of his work, Ben's rates are incredibly fair. I highly recommend Ben for any handyman services you may need. He's reliable, skilled, and trustworthy. If you're looking for a handyman who consistently goes above and beyond, Ben is the one to call. A very respectful man!"
"I can't say enough good things about Ben; he's truly exceptional. In my experience, he's the best handyman I've ever had the pleasure of working with. What sets Ben apart is not just his outstanding skills but also his character. Ben is a person of utmost respect and honesty. He treats every task, no matter how big or small, with the same level of care and transparency. If you're looking for a handyman who not only excels at his craft but also brings honesty, respect, and affordability to the table, Ben is your guy. I wholeheartedly recommend him, and I'm grateful to have found such a gem in the world of handyman services."
"They were very responsive. Within one day i had an appt schedule for estimate. Their pricing was great. They put up a ceiling fan and storage in my garage. They were very respectful and work was fantastic. I will use again"
"Ben showed up to the job site close enough on time, but wearing nothing on his feet but flip-flops. He immediately took his flip-flops off and ran up inside my house barefoot. In what universe does a vendor go into another person's house in nothing but their bare naked feet?? Crazy. Additionally, I could tell that he did not know what he was doing at all when it came to anything related to carpeting. I ended up having to help him google it to figure out how to do the job, and then he ended up just using some gorilla glue to glue it down to the floor. Ridiculous. He ended up just putting a couple rusty old workout weights on top of a board to hold the carpet transition strip down to get it to set. There was glue visible on the floor next to the transition that I cleaned up. He came back a couple days later with a buddy. Again, wearing nothing on his feet but flip flops, and after I had explicitly told him the other day never to come up inside my place in his bare feet, but I could tell he hadn't listened to a word I said. His buddy was wearing the same kind of flip-flops and no socks, and both guys smelled of B.O.; this is completely unacceptable and I will not be hiring this person again. He confessed to me that even his own wife had reprimanded him many times for going up into people's homes barefoot and that he needs to not be doing that. Clearly he doesn't listen to his wife, but he needs to listen to her because she's right. I recommend that he wear socks with proper shoes every time he goes to a job, even if the weather is warm outside, and invest in some shoe coverings too. He got some shoe coverings from somewhere a little later, but didn't seem to understand the premise of how those work, completely unbelievable coming from a so-called professional handyman. Never go into a person's house in nothing but your bare naked feet, as a vendor that's insane and unheard of. Also, don't pretend like you know how to do a job and then expect your customers to google YouTube videos for you to figure out how to do your job. Just ridiculous. Finally, do not sit outside the job site smoking e-cigarettes after you're done with the job for the day, it's simply not done because it looks completely and utterly unprofessional, which it is. That's all I have to say for now."
