"Had our taxes done for 2022. They said they were short staffed so we should just drop them off. We did that in the middle of January. Then in April the DAY the taxes were due, at 5pm they said we could pick them up. We owed a large amount of taxes and all the banks were closed and we could only run to the post office downtown and mail our taxes in. I will never use their services again."

He is super informative and very knowledgeable. He has informed us of many extra things we can do or claim to help us get the best return possible. With all the life changes in the past few years, we havnt made it easy on Jack, however, he continues to knock it out of the park! I cant forget about the wonderful Tammy! This year it unfortunately took a little longer to get all our tax documents than usual and she was able to get us squeezed into their already busy schedule. Had high hopes after a good experience last year. Maybe if they are this short staffed they should look into a better work environment or better pay to keep their staff."

"Highly recommend Becker Tax & Bookkeeping. I made my appointment in late December for an early Feb. appt; I am new to the area and wanted to make sure I didn't wait to last minute. The young man who answers the phone and sets appts is super professional, friendly, and efficient. Jerry did my taxes quickly - two day turnaround and he would have finished my taxes at my appointment, but I needed to supply additional information. My taxes were complicated! I sold a home. Moved from out of state, had employer in MN, then new employer in NY. Was very happy with everything. Such a relief. Great experience."
