"I thought Stacy was extremely rude unprofessional and unhelpful to me, there is a sign in the window that says 100 percent accuracy guaranteed or your money back but they were not accurate for me and Stacy said it doesn't matter if it's H@R blocks mistake I would have to pay for their mess up also never answered my questions on what went wrong I paid 260$ for very poor service if I use H@R block again it won't be the one in Wabasha"
