There's a 20% off for a first time groom, thru the app. For some reason my phone said this app isnt compatible-employees basically said "too bad, sorry" and didnt accomadate me by giving this discount. Negative first time experience, and thankfully there are other places to go"

"Mckenzie is the best groomer for our sheltie! She is kind, sweet, and gentle. She does a beautiful job grooming our baby. Will not go to anyone else. Petco has a good variety of dog and cat food."

"Edited to add: adjusted review based on Tony’s fantastic customer service. Went above and beyond in explaining fish issues and gave an alternative solution that would end up saving the customer money and create a healthier tank. Guy deserves a raise! Every time we are there he’s always ready to work and very friendly. Staff are all wonderful here and we buy all supplies for our dogs here, however I purchased several fish here last month and within 2 weeks they were all dead. Staff did refund for those. My existing fish which were in a healthy, established tank prior are all starting to die too, including my angel fish :( I know it’s not under the employee’s control but still a bummer and will go to a local fish store for future fish purchases!"

"Got my bearded dragon, Radagast from here. He's a joy to have around and does little dances for his superworms. Staff was really personable and cared deeply for the animals in their charge. I worked with Jake to get him and he just went above and beyond."
