"Just had bought a hamster on Thursday and within a couple days she came down with the disease wet tail. All sales are final. Also even if they sell you a sick pet they will not be able to take her back unless you donate the animal back no refunds hope my hamster can make it till Wednesday when the vets open she’s not doing to well! Clearly this company needs to do a better job at guaranteeing the animals health most of all you need to handle your animals physically more to make sure they don’t have any problems of any kind taking 10 minutes to physically hold a hamster to make sure that there’s no bodily changes to them and to make sure that they’re the proper weight does not take very much out of your day my hamster might die and all they could say was I’m sorry not very helpful!"

"So we went to pet world today to look at axolotls and my family was asking simple questions about the axolotls and they asked if they had ever been sick before and they went over to their counter and asked 3 different people to get that answer and they said "idk" and apparently we learned that they don't allow bunny's anymore for dumb reasons and also there was died fish and we show them and they look so sad and it will be a lot for the axolotl they were 75$ and we didn't know if they were sick so we would spend 200 for the investment,food and fun things all over some sick axolotls. And when the person that worked there said "sorry" to my family and my family didn't have it and told him "no you're not sorry" and the guy who worked there was complaining about my family. There were more and more less animals each day and there were not a lot of snakes, hamsters,etc I didn't even want to give them one star they really suck that badly"

"Our family bought our pet ferret here in November. Overall, the experience was good. Our girl is very sweet and healthy."

"If I could give this place 0 stars I would. The rabbits are in small fish tanks. We asked the worker if they ever get to come out of those SMALL tanks and she replied “no they would run away”… good thing this is a PET STORE and you sell fences to put the rabbits in so they can run around. These rabbits will suffer from hip diseases, and so many other muscle and joint malfunctions because they can’t hop around. This is animal abuse."
