"The worst banking experience I've ever had! Wasted over 20 minutes driving to their office, all geared up to open a savings account alongside my brokerage accounts. I also needed some basic information about their savings and checking accounts. But I was told to do some research online. What's the point of even having a physical location if they can't offer basic services? I would give 0 star if I could."

"You will lose money dealing with these people. Caution. Stay local, don’t turn your $ over to the teenagers on the west coast. I’m rolling my $ out ASAP, can’t get away from them soon enough. A very expensive lesson. This review is for Schwab as a whole NOT this particular office. When I called I never knew what part of the country they were going to be in. Also, anything under a mil goes to the rookies, so… you lose unless you are at the mil level."

"Charlie Schwab cut me as a client with no reason why after a 27 year relationship, which is odd. I was given only 30 days notice to move all my money out and is a large sum, which is not much notice in today's volatile market. They even liquidated my mother's inherited IRA for me without asking me. I am going to get a big tax hit for that in 2023. Chuck is definitely not your friend and is only interested in their own egos and paychecks. FYI, don't bother about setting up an account with TDameritrade since Chuck is swallowing them up next year too. The rich get richer because of the monopolies they have. Go with E*Trade since they have a nice promotion going on for new customers $$$$ until 10/31/22! I will be shorting Charles Schwab stock once I get my account set up at E*Trade!"
