"Took my daughter who is grown 45 to be exact to her appt received a phone call 10 mins later asking if I was in the bldg which I wasn't, but I told them I was across the street at the store. I was then told that Dr. Muderlak wanted to reschedule her appt so that I could be there with her. I told them that I would just leave the store and come now, but was told, "no" that we would have to reschedule. Went yesterday 7/21 to the new appt, left work early to get my daughter to her appt only to run into alot of closed roads because of construction. I called the dr office to let them know what was happening and the receptionist gave me directions to get around the road mess to the office. We arrived about 10 mins late to only be told that we would once again have to reschedule not because we were late but because, "someone" had scheduled three physical exams for the dr and she wouldn't have time to see my daughter (they probably forgot that I was told her last appt was at 4:45pm, our appt was at 3:45pm). I was livid not for the fact that I left work early, or the fact that the receptionist guided us to the office over the phone and stated don't worry about being late it's been happening all day because of the construction but because of them having us to come and then stating that the dr couldn't see her because of other appts the only people in the office was the receptionist, us and a man who was seeing another Dr. By the way did I mention that my daughter suffers from mental health issues which the dr was well aware of before this appt and that we believe this is the real reason for her asking that I be at the visit with her. The dr was afraid to be alone with her at the appt. I told them that we wouldn't be returning because this was the third time we came out there just to be sent away and if the dr is too afraid to see her then she doesn't need to be her dr and we would find someone else! Everyone has off days even so called, "normal" people, my daughter just had an off day on that original visit but that doesn't justify her being treated like she's a criminal!! Let me also note that she has been a patient of this dr for years so this was not the first time we discussed her mental health issues, this was just the first time the dr saw her on one of her "off" days."

"I Love my Doctor Muderlak. She takes her time listening to the things I tell her about my health concerns. She ask me if anyone or anything has caused me to be Sad/depressed? She knows my moods and is concerned when I am sad. She is so soft spoken with her questions and responses, but she orders Lab work to make sure all is well. I feel like I'm in great health thanks to her."
