"I adopted a kitten from this location through Angel of Hope and she has ringworm, she has infected my two other pets and I’ve paid over $600+ to get them seen and treated. I just want to give people a warning to proceed with caution. Ringworm isn’t the worst thing that could happen but it’s inconvenient and transmissible to people. I have a compromised immune system so I’ve been working tirelessly trying not to get it. Especially since it takes a while to go away. I’ve reached out to Jen the operations manager at angel of hope and she hasn’t been helpful at all. I’m leaving this review here because maybe there needs to be a change in the adoption process, maybe the cats should be looked at by the vet prior to ppl taking them home. They say the cat is update on her shots but idk if I believe that."

"Very friendly staff, went to get my dogs pedicure. (no appointment needed, which is really nice). I like taking my dog here, the groomers remember who he is each time I come in. Very welcoming and good to him. Also at the cash registers they normally give dogs treats which is super sweet. Quick time, just enough to look around the shop. Took about 10 minutes and $22. overall this location is very friendly and WARMING. Love seeing people bring their pets in and the different types of breeds you see. I was ecstatic to see these 2 beautiful Samoyed breeds there."

"This pet store and pet grooming service is by far the most friendly, professional and competent I have ever been in so far. They have always properly greeted me when I walk in. The staff always seem to have a genuine welcoming smile. I also noticed the pet grooming tables were easily adjustable in height to make the groomer and the pets as comfortable as possible during the groomings."

"Sarah L. from the grooming team is so wonderful! We have brought Recon there since he was a puppy and he always looks so dapper and fluffy after! Like many pet parents, we want the best for our boy and don’t just trust anyone with our pup, but Sarah is so kind and caring. You can tell he’s in great hands when he goes in for grooming and she always does such a perfect job."

"I do not understand why my 4lb Yorkie is banned. I informed the young lady that was his first time. They were able to trim his nails without incidence . Plus, someone was petting him while on her lap when I came. Maybe if you didn't have multiple big dogs in that little space, with the loud noise and you all talking and laughing, it would have turned out better. Plus, I bet there wasn't any time given to get him familiar with her and the area. I saw another dog being groomed. Those clippers were very loud. With all that being sad, I'm sure his reaction was valid. If you can't be professional instead of behaving like you're at a gathering, I wouldn't want you to care for him. This is why you are given 2 stars. I actually like the other parts of the store and their products and prices."
