"This bank is terrible. I called to do a wire to an account here because they kept returning it and charged me $25 each time. What a scam.......... If you are asked to wire money to this bank STOP NOW! IT IS A SCAM! I called the Madison branch on 7700 mineral point Rd, they know they are part of the scheme but are ok with collecting the $50."

"I'd actually give 0 stars for this bank. We had to send a wire and were instructed to send it to this bank. Our personal bank then contacted us and this bank was the parent bank and said another bank was to get the wire, but we didn't have that information at the time. We were charged the original 14.95 wire fee plus another 20.00 fee when our wire was rejected. They had to charge 20.00 to say they needed more information? Obviously this bank is making their profits off of ridiculous fees to customers."
