"If I could give them a -2 I would. We had a loan with them and later they sent a second "Real" check for $3500. We put the check into the account and paid off 2 bills and bought new tires. 3 or 4 days later they pulled the check back and told us it was sent in error. This was their error not ours. It put our account a negative 3400. Now we have to let other bills go because of "Their error", not ours. I talked to a woman I know that works for another finance company and she said this is illegal to do, They send checks to customers all the time and if one is sent in error they cannot pull it back. My advice - DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. Their error is going to take us months to catch up"
