"WOW!!! From the moment I walked in, Amy was so attentive with Jesse, our fur baby, getting down to his world (on the floor) and welcoming him into hers. She listened to everything we had requested in the cut we were looking for and DELIVERED!! She knew exactly what I was conveying to her and it showed in her work. I love the fact that she gives you a 3 hour window, not an all day wait and see, especially living 45 minutes out of town, to pick him back up. Since this was Jesse's first haircut, at 3 1/2 months old, I didn't know what to expect from his behavior, but Amy reassured me he was a little gentlemen for his visit. Amy has a kind, layed back, easy going yet energetic demeanor about her that makes you feel good about leaving your animal in her care. Can't say enough great things about our experience!
