"Open until 6... stops taking calls by 5:30pm. Every time I try to get their customer service to help, they seem to give the impression that their online system isn't their problem and the customer just has to adapt to it. Do you want my money or not? This is an inconvenience and if my auto loan wasn't through you, I'd drop you! Your remote transfer option not being available is ridiculous for users that need to make payments from their real bank to pay off the loan."
