"When I was opening an account , the banker said give free checks, but it charged for checks and let me waiting about 2 months and called them to got the checks, the banker forgot to order for me and when I called who was answering the my call that she was laughing at me because I don’t remember the banker’s name .It’s very disappointed !!!"

"They made a poor scan of a check I was depositing. The check came back to me. They refuse to give me the original copy of the check or scan it again. Saying I have to go back to the person I got it from and ask for a new check. I dont see how in this day in age the burden should fall on me to make this right. When they scanned the check and held the original. Makes no sense. Banks to each other all the time. Call the bank. Send them the original check and as to verify. Give me the original check and allow me to take it somewhere else. But to tell me I have to get another check is a huge slap in the face. I've been banking here almost 15 years. its not my fault. They should do whatever they can to make it right. I'll be looking for a new bank. Or credit union. Somewhere that I am valued. Sidenote: the personal banker Delores was very helpful and professional. I can tell her hands were tied. Thanks!"

"I stopped in today to open a checking account and was told I would have to make an appointment. There were no available appointments for at least a week. What kind of bank turns away a customer who is trying to give them money?? I work in sales and would do anything to help a walk in customer. Ridiculous."

"Opening a new account here for my teen was terrible. I have 4 other family accounts and have backed with Weels Fargo for 20+ years. It took a full hour mostly listening to the banker tell his own random stories leaving almost no time to discuss the actual account. Now months later I realize I'm being charged a fee because he didn't set up the account right and the only way to fix it is to see a banker. So off to another branch to see if I can waste time getting a competent banker to fix it. The ATM works most of the time and the folks at the desk have been fine, otherwise I'd just go through the pain of switching banks. So annoyed."

"Wells Fargo hires great people, they are awesome. That is where it ends. Understaffed, constantly cutting back hours and increasing waits. When COVID hits. They close 1/2 their branches and cuts the hours. I can goto a bar, dentist and get a hair cut, but Wells Fargo cannot seem to open a branch. Why do I have to wait an hour to make a deposit?"
