"It took 17 mins to process my deposit in the drive through yesterday. When I pulled up both other lanes were empty. No kne was at the window. I sent my deposit in the tube and waited. Several min later a car pulled up in the lane next to me. She was immediately greeted and requested a slip to be sent to her. She received her slip, filled it out and sent it back. Then I pressed the teller call button. I asked if my deposit was being worked on since usually when I pull up I am greeted. She said and apologized because it was “busy” I waited. The woman next to me completed her transaction and left. I waited. Finally my tube was sent back. I pulled into GCR at 12:05 and drove out at 12:22. This is not the first bad experience I’ve had at this location. Jeepers!"
