"I went twice in one day to upgrade my phone and was helped by two different employees Dan and Cody. They were both helpful, and the process was relatively fast. I had to return the second time to trade in my old phone since the transferring of data was a bit of a wait (nothing to do with their service, that’s just how long it took since I had a lot to transfer over), and we just decided to come back instead of waiting in-store. Dan was the first person to help me and explained everything well when going over options, so I was able to understand the costs associated with everything, and we went over the different phone models and benefits of each.
