"Great customer service but I feel they have a severe problem with false advertising when it came to the price on my bill. All the advertisements said 59$ mine was 163$ and I had an extremely easy tax return. I'm very new at this so I was very confused even though my tax person explained everything repeatedly. I did feel like she did try to help me the best she could and I'd refer her to any family member or friend but not the company itself."
