"This Branch needs to be Investigated for putting unnecessary unauthorized charges on accounts on The 14th or 15th of each month causing overdrafts and stealing money after bank is closed. There's no 24 Hour hotline to call either with a serious problem such as this."

"Horrible customer service my daughter has a kid friendly account with this bank we usually go to the location closer to our house on Racine, however this location was close by. i took her to make a deposit in the drive thru the very rude lady name cristi (of 8years of service) working at the first window was very rude to my 8yr daughter she was very dry and not helpful at all my daughter was depositing her $1 birthday gift certificate from the bank the lady did not even say happy birthday only thing she did was gave us attitude. my daughter asked to answer the question of the month for a token the rude lady refused to allow her to answer the question so i refused to pull off she then made a threat to call Waukesha police if i did not allow the car behind me to be serviced. i don't appreciate the customer service myself or my child received this is the main location you would think they have better staff with better attitudes i also called and filed a complaint . i will also be following up with the branch manager."
