"I am not expecting amazing service especially after what happened but there is no need to be unpleasant as well rude to hang up on someone giving wrong information from the operations team. My situation is different and the bank didn’t lose any money whatsoever and was paid in full immediately but for the individual to try and be short and ill-mannered is uncalled for. I am trying to get the last of my money and leave peacefully."
